For dental practices (customers)

• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled any time from the billing page; credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
• Monthly allowances reset each billing period. Fair use applies: automated or abusive traffic may be rate limited.
• You are responsible for your own marketing and advertising compliance, including never presenting AI previews as treatment results, and for obtaining any consents required where you operate.
• You must not upload photos of people who have not consented, or of minors.
• API keys and webhook secrets are confidential; you are responsible for activity under them.

For visitors

• Previews are AI-generated illustrations and may be inaccurate. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee.
• Only upload photos of yourself, and only if you are 18 or older.

Service

The service is provided "as is". We may change features, models or pricing with notice. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months to the extent permitted by law.
